Where GetScheduleFA processes uploaded documents, who can access them, how long they are retained, and how to report a security concern.
Location
Where your data lives
Uploaded documents are processed and stored on GetScheduleFA’s server in India. HTTPS protects them while they travel between your browser and the server.
Access
Who can access it
You can access your filing through your Google sign-in. Access to uploaded documents is otherwise limited to the operator preparing your filing; no one else has access to them.
Lifecycle
From upload to deletion
Your documents move from upload, through preparation and delivery, and are then retained for your reuse until you delete them.
We keep your uploaded statements and your finished Schedule FA securely on our server in India so that next year's filing can start from what you've already given us.
You stay in control: every delivered filing has a Delete button that permanently removes your documents and deliverables from our server immediately — or email us and we'll do it.
Deleted files also age out of our encrypted backups within 7 days.
If you upload documents but never complete a filing, we delete those uploads automatically after 180 days of inactivity.

Backups
Backups and durability
Daily encrypted snapshots are retained for about seven days. They provide a restore point no more than seven days old if the server fails.
Deleted files also age out of our encrypted backups within 7 days.
