Downloading your Fidelity NetBenefits documents for Schedule FA

Grab every document that covers the calendar year you’re filing. They drop straight into an upload as-is — no conversion or re-keying.

Where to look

Your Fidelity NetBenefits documents

  1. Open your Fidelity NetBenefits documents. From netbenefits.fidelity.com, open Stock Plan Services, then Documents, for your stock-plan account.
  2. Download the year-end and stock-plan reports. Download the Year-End Investment Report and any Stock Plan Services report covering the calendar year you’re filing, as PDFs.
  3. Cover the whole calendar year. Make sure the reports span 1 January to 31 December of the year you’re filing, so every held lot and sale is included.
  4. Keep the PDFs as-is. Upload the PDFs exactly as they downloaded — no conversion needed.

Why it matters

One statement per lot's calendar year

Schedule FA runs on the calendar year (1 Jan – 31 Dec), not the April–March financial year the rest of your ITR uses — so grab every document that falls inside the calendar year you’re filing. If you held a lot bought in an earlier year, you’ll also need that year’s document to get its real purchase date and cost — see the guide’s note on one row per lot.

Have your documents? Upload them as-is.

No conversion needed. We read them directly and build every Table A2/A3 row — see the full method for how.
